JB McCarthy

JB McCarthy has twenty years of experience in IT management, process analysis, portfolio management, architecture, planning, international and domestic business support, acquisition integration, software development, ERP, CRM and electronic digital rights management.

JB will be managing the software development, distribution, product management and other back office functions for CoAudit Ltd. from their international office based in Ireland. JB will also be responsible for CoAudit's international sales expansion initiatives as well as developing partners in international markets. JB is on the US board of directors of MX Consulting Inc and CoAudit Ltd. as well as on the Industry Advisory Boards for the Business Information Systems degree and Financial Services Innovation Center in University College Cork, Ireland.

Before joining CoAudit, he served as Senior Director of IT for EMC Corp. JB worked for EMC since 1989 with nearly five years located in EMC HQ in Hopkinton, Mass. Previous to that JB spent thirteen years managing all of EMC's international IT from their base in Cork, Ireland.

While based in EMC HQ, JB's responsibilities included managing software development for several EMC business functions as well as directing all of EMC's Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects for the entire corporation. JB has also been part of numerous acquisitions at EMC including Data General, Legato, Documentum and SMARTS acquisitions. JB gained additional valuable experience working on international projects within EMC and has delivered successful outcomes in cross-cultural IT projects, supporting revenue growth and additional expansion opportunities for EMC and its respective partners.

Prior to EMC, JB worked for Modular Computer Systems Inc which was a subsidiary of AEG.

JB earned an MBA from Northeastern University, a BS in Computer Science from University College Cork (Ireland), a Diploma in MIS from the Irish Management Institute, and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Association (APICS).
